Singapore · Asia-Pacific

Hardware, tokens and project resources for AI data centres.
Delivered from Singapore, across Asia-Pacific.

Fibre and switching that carries the traffic. Model tokens that run the workload. Power and land advisory that gets the data centre built. UBICOMP works across all three layers, so the parts you procure separately arrive as one coherent plan.

Why UBICOMP

Procurement without the guesswork

We are a supply and advisory business, not a brand reseller. That means the recommendation has to survive scrutiny, because we are still here when the equipment is racked.

  • 01

    Specified before it is quoted

Every hardware quotation starts from your topology, optical budget and distance — not from a catalogue page. If a cheaper part meets the spec, we say so.

  • 02

    Compatibility stated in writing

Optical modules are coded and tested against the switch platforms you actually run. The compatibility matrix is part of the quotation, not a verbal assurance.

  • 03

    One commercial relationship

Hardware, token supply and advisory can sit under a single Singapore contracting entity, with consolidated invoicing in SGD or USD.

  • 04

Neutral on vendors, specific on outcomes

We carry multiple manufacturers and multiple model providers. Our incentive is the repeat order, which means telling you when the premium option is not worth it.

How we work

From first enquiry to something you can sign

The same four steps apply whether you are buying optics, model capacity or advisory time. Nothing is quoted before it is understood.

  1. 01

    Scope

You send a topology, a workload description or a site. We ask the questions that change the answer — distance, optical budget, switch platform, token volume, grid capacity — and write the requirement down.

    Typically 1 business day

  2. 02

    Specify

We return a written specification with the compatibility matrix, the alternatives we considered, and where a cheaper part meets the same requirement. You review it before any price is attached.

    Written spec, not a catalogue

  3. 03

    Quote

Pricing, lead time and warranty terms against the agreed specification. Hardware, tokens and advisory can be consolidated under one Singapore contracting entity.

One invoice if you want one

  4. 04

    Deliver

Coded, tested and shipped, with the same named contact through commissioning. For token supply, access is self-serve from the console on day one.

    Same contact after delivery

Before you ask

The questions we get on the first call

Answered here so the first conversation can start somewhere more useful.

  • Do you supply single items, or only full projects?

Both. A handful of transceivers for a lab and a full fabric build for a production cluster go through the same specification process. Small orders are not treated as a lower priority.

  • Will your optics work on my switches?

Modules are coded and tested against the specific switch platform you run, and the compatibility matrix is issued as part of the quotation. If we cannot confirm a platform, we say so rather than guess.

  • How is the AI Token Hub billed?

Pay-as-you-go in USD. You register yourself on the console, top up, and spend against actual consumption. There is no minimum commitment and no subscription tier, and usage is visible in real time.

  • What does AIDC advisory actually deliver?

A written demand specification, qualification of sites against real power and land constraints, and introductions to counterparties with the standing to transact. We do not present opportunities we have not checked.

  • Which markets do you cover?

We contract from Singapore and deliver across Singapore, Malaysia and wider Southeast Asia. Enquiries from outside the region are welcome; we will tell you plainly if we are not the right party.

  • How do you handle our data?

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and nothing else. We operate under Singapore's PDPA, and the full position is set out in our privacy policy.

Tell us what you are building.

Send us a topology, a token volume or a site with power available. You will get a named contact and a substantive reply within one business day — not a brochure.
